Messaging Terms of Service

These Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the SMS program operated by CMC22 LLC (the “Program”) on behalf of Turnt Golf. By opting in to receive text messages from the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program description

The Program is called the Turnt Golf SMS Program. It exists solely to coordinate tee times, deliver live scoring and payout updates, and facilitate member group chat for invited members of Turnt Golf.

2. Types of messages

• Round announcements (date, course, tee time, foursome links)
• Per-hole scoring updates during a round
• End-of-round payout summaries
• Member-to-member group chat associated with rounds
• Service messages (welcome, opt-in confirmation, HELP, STOP confirmation)

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages on round days (typically Saturdays during the season) and few or no messages on other days.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for the Program itself.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will not receive any further SMS from us. You can rejoin at any time by contacting the group organizer and going through the opt-in flow again.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

8. Eligibility

The Program is available only to invited members of Turnt Golf who are at least 18 years old and have a U.S. mobile number. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

9. Your obligations

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or if you no longer want to receive messages.
• Do not share group messages with non-members.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
