This Privacy Policy describes how CMC22 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Turnt Golf SMS coordination service (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Full name — provided by the member when joining.
• Mobile phone number — provided by the member when joining; used to send and receive SMS messages.
• Opt-in record — the timestamp, source, and exact consent language the member agreed to when joining.
• Message content and history — text messages sent and received through the Service to provide round coordination, scoring, and group chat.

2. Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to operate the Service for invited members of Turnt Golf — that is, to coordinate tee times, deliver live scoring and payout updates, and facilitate member-to-member group chat during rounds.

3. We do not sell or share your SMS information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties.

4. Service providers

The only third party that processes your SMS information is our SMS carrier, Twilio Inc., which transmits messages on our behalf. Twilio acts solely as a processor under our instructions and is contractually prohibited from using your information for its own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your name, mobile number, opt-in record, and message history for as long as you remain a member of Turnt Golf. If you opt out by replying STOP, or if you ask us to remove you, we delete your mobile number from active sending lists immediately and retain only the opt-out record as required for compliance.

6. Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your personal information from the Service, email turntgolf757@gmail.com from the address associated with your membership. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect member information from unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage members to keep their mobile devices passcode-locked.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adult members of Turnt Golf only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
